I was bored. Didn't really feel like drawing anything too "difficult" and I was fucking around with the watercolour brush. Was fun. Killed some time.

Very cool!
To me it appears to be a modern-day depiction of an Oceanid or similar water nymph. I think the swirling frothy bits at the top are water crashing over the top of the figure as it emerges, and my guess is that it has been asleep inside a long-forgotten coastal sea cave for centuries and has just been awoken abruptly. Most likely this is a cautionary tale on the consequences of improper waste disposal, with the creature being disturbed by one too many Pepsi cans or styrofoam takeout containers floating into its slumbering cove.
